How old do you have to be to be represented by Star Gold?

We represent young talent aged 0-17.

How do you choose who you want to represent?

Whilst we want to give every talent the opportunity to break into the industry, we cannot accept everyone! As a management, we decide who to represent based on a variety of factors and who we think would get work! The decision of the agency is final.

How will I know if I have been successful?

Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email along with a contract to sign within 2 weeks of applying. Due to the high demand of applications Star Gold receives, if you don’t hear from us within the 2 week time frame of applying, then unfortunately you haven’t been successful at this time.

Does it cost to be a part of your management?

It is completely free to be with Star Gold Talent Management. It is free to sign up and free to be on our books! We will take a small commission off any jobs booked.

Will I need professional photos?

To ensure your success and appeal to casting directors, it is essential for every talent to have updated headshots that capture their natural appearance.It is essential that headshots are done professionally. We will be providing agency days with a professional photographer to offer headshots at the best rate!

Where do I need to go for castings?

Castings usually take place in Central London, but every casting is different. To be in this industry, you need to be prepared to travel for jobs!

If I join, will I definitely get work?

Whilst it is in our best interest to get you work, we cannot guarantee that you will get work! You must be prepared for it all! One month you could have a casting every week, and the next month nothing! It is all about patience.

do i need to be on spotlight?

Star Gold Talent is a Spotlight Registered agency, meaning young performers are able to be on Spotlight. It is not essential that performers are on Spotlight, but it is highly recommended. Spotlight costs around £120 a year (£10.98 a month), but this can easily be made back with one job!
